DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITES STATES - We ship to any valid address within the 50 states, including Washington DC, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE- Input your country and postal code during the checkout process to see live shipping rates.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours to fulfill your order. Keep in mind that real time shipping and rates are calculated based on order weight and destination. Shipping and delivery times are based on business days and may differ based on shipping address and any observed holiday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number link to track your estimated delivery date.

It is critical that you provide us with a secured mailing address. Once the mailing carrier has provided proof of delivery, we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or returned packages. Paisanas will not fulfill/send another replacement if this occurs, and a restocking fee will be applied to any returned package.
