Refund & Return Policy
At Paisanas, Your satisfaction in our products is always guaranteed. It is easy to return an item for an exchange or credit. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products or if there is a problem with your order, we have specific guidelines to ensure you have a great experience.
If there is a problem with you order, simply contact us within 7 days of your delivery.
If any of the following occurs:
- Box is damaged and it affects the contents
- Items are missing or incorrect
Please take a photo(s) and send it to us with an explanation to firstname.lastname@example.org. After 7 days of your delivery and you do not inform us of any issues, we will not refund or issue store credit.
All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Paisanas.com
If any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount of the products. Original shipping is non-refundable if shipping charge was applied at the time of purchase.
If you like to return a non food item, please repack your order making sure that the item(s) are well packed to avoid damaged during shipping to our facility, enclose the packing slip and mail it to:

If the return is for an exchange, we'll need to charge you for your new order or the difference in price plus the shipping cost to ship it back to you.
Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original order minus shipping charges.
As a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we are temporarily not accepting returns on food items.
