For damaged or incorrect items, please take a photo(s) and send it to us along with your order number and a brief explanation to email@example.com. Our team will contact you promptly to resolve the issue.
If your return includes a non food item, please repack the item(s) making sure it is securely packed to avoid damaged during the return to our facility, enclose the packing slip and mail it to:

For an exchange, we'll need to charge you for your new order or the difference in price plus the shipping cost. Once we have received your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original order minus shipping charges.

- Carrier fees will be deducted from your refund; this includes cancelled orders out for delivery.
