FRITO LAY - Chokis Bolitas

I already wrote to you and haven't heard back, I even sent pictures to show that I got old choquis, which they don't taste good like they should. I'm actually from Colombia and had always had in my life so very familiar how they should taste and also had them expired or very close to expire, the chocolate cover is the first thing that shows they are old start getting white spots and they taste nasty, normally for a fresh box of this when I bring each year I pay like 4usd with you I paid almost 4 times this so I was expecting a good product and fresh not like this, very dissatisfied and disappointed, is the first time I buy stuff from your store and was hoping to get good items to keep buying. I have not even tried any of the other stuff except the achiras del Huila those were ok I just hope the Colombiana, Postobon, and all others are still good. I demand the money back of the Choquis or to be sent fresh not expired or so old one. Please look for email that I sent over a week ago with the pictures as proof. I didn't go to Colombia last year or this so far that's why I wanted to buy some products now and here in USA, I try to go once a year and bring all this for me to have for at least half of the year, but with Covid I have not been able to go back.
