At Paisanas, we have specific guidelines to ensure you have a great experience.
If there is a problem with you order, simply contact us within 7 days of your delivery.
If any of the following occurs:
- Box is damaged and it affects the contents
- Items are missing or incorrect
Please take a photo(s) and send it to us with an explanation to email@example.com. After 7 days of your delivery and you do not inform us of any issues, we will not refund or exchange anything.
It is critical that you provide us with a secured mailing address. Once the mailing carrier has provided proof of delivery, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Paisanas will not fulfill/send another if this occurs.
